Even though it may make you feel better it has been scientifically proven that caffeine in high doses makes you react slower than someone who has not slept for 24 hours.(saw it on brainiac the other night...)

I usually stay up late with a 12pack of VAULT (remember Surge about 4 years ago? Well, this is surge only properly labeled as an energy drink this time)

Haven't taken any caffiene pills yet but if I win I will be sure to try them.

I prefer a couple of cold Starbucks Doubleshots myself. I've tried it in three different scenarios and it kept me positive for about 1 hour to 4 hours.

If you take caffine without food, you start shaking.
You must eat for caffine to work.
My favorit combos of food has to be either Pizza + Bawls of Jones Soda Energy Drink + Sandwhich.
Good stuff.

I usually just eat lots of candy at lans. But a bunch of pop DOES help your game...makes you all twichy and crap.

This totally makes my day. It's been kinda crappy here at college with classes. I'm trying to learn VBA for one class, and trying to crunch the calculator for the other. I'm sure these will keep we awake at night while trying to learn stuff, and hopefully still have time to finish my current rig.

Hell yeah I need my caffeine! But usually the limiting factor for how much i actually get is how much i need to focus on the game. If I'm really into it, i need less, and take in less. But if it's a game i can easily take breaks from... i go through several cans of coke or whatever in an hour.

It does for me, anyway. I tend to only game at night though, as I'm usually out/busy all day. I would love to win them caffeine sweets, I just drink loads of coffee now lol.
