| Apex Tech Maniac | I drink enough cheap coffee out of the machine at work that when I'm at home I can only stand a nice hot cuppa tea. That said I don't think it gives me any more of a tactical advantage, and I don't thin I'd drink it just to give me SUPAH SK1LLZ! Last edited by z0mbi3; 11-August-05 at 04:31 AM. |

![]() | I apologize. I have nothing worthwhile to contribute here. I'm doing this for the caffeine. I can already taste its sweetness. I should have it because of my medical condition. No... really. I get these migraines. Only caffeine can stop them. This contest is my only hope for living in a world without extreme suffering. I'd also like a new joystick, but I get the feeling Santa doesn't read this stuff. Seriously, caffeine is probably the only reason I HAVE gaming experiences. I mean to really have any good stories to tell to your sniper buddies you have to log a LOT of hours and that's hard to do when you're employed/in school. I still remember that time in Golden Eye when my father was waiting to snipe my brother *sighs fondly* -- my sibling snuck up behind dad and karate chopped him. He died instantly. We tried recreating that so we could get on the news but no dice. Now dad just forgets who we are sometimes. |

| Apex Tech Demi-God | If you get migraines, a lot of caffeine will make it worse. However, small doses of caffeine will help it. If you disagree, please PM me.

| Apex Tech Demi-God | I would have to say that the caffeine does help my gaming experience overall. It definitely gives me a jolt of energy, which heightens reflexes and such. I don't dabble too much with 'extreme caffeine', i.e. Bawls, Jolt etc. but I do occassionally buy Rock Star or the No Fear drinks. I find they taste better than Red Bull and the like. However, for me there is just no substitute for old fashioned soda.

![]() | Well I am a caffeine junkie. I am addicted to Monster energy drink. Mt. Dew sadly doesn't do any thing for me(can't get wired from it) Jolts good too. I am very happy that Sam's club is now selling monster by the case in our area. I have to say that for 3 months strait I would drink a monster every morning to get me up. Now that summer has come I can sleep all I want. I have learned that if you chug 2 Monster drinks at the same time it will screw you up. Did it on finals, and was able to finish last one before my blood pressure went through the roof, and then quietly passed out in my chair for 30min. Now I only chug one a morning.
