I buy a lot of stuff online but I think I would def. increase my purchases if more websites offered free shipping.

i shop like crazy online. its one of my favorite pasttimes. partially to be able to tell people how much something costs, vs relitive performace. the only things i dont buy online are groceries, and general electronic componets.
im lucky. there is a store near me called Altex. its like a radio shack, excpet its for building anything electronic. they have absolutely anything you could possibly want. i found the multi-stage 5v 12v off buttons there (but couldnt find them online) and they were only $1.50 a piece.

I get stuff like RAM and motherboards online because all the local establishments want outrageous prices for the same stuff.

The other reason I don't buy computer parts in town is that they never have anything in stock, and they have to order it... i just cut out the middleman.

I think it has something to do with the 'Similar Threads' box at the bottom of each thread.

I agree that it is the cause of the problem. I think we could fix it if it only showed similar RECENT threads.

Its funny I cant remember the last time I bought something inside a store really. Usally I go to the store and have a look-see at whats cool that I want, then I hop online and buy it off there. I haven't handled bill money in over 3 months lol.

I have only ever shopped online once, and that was because I couldn't find my case anywhere else. I don't have my own credit card yet, so I have to borrow my friend's, which I don't like doing. I hope to get my own soon.

I buy nearly everything online. Then again, I really haven't a choice. I live in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (U.S. Naval Base) and we can't leave base. The shopping here is, well, pitiful. So I buy online. GO NEWEGG!

Deals, Deals, Deals, If I can get it cheaper then B&M and with free shipping, why not? If it's going to cost a lot why not find the best deal. I have a fixed budget (stay home with the kid), so if I want something thats not in the budget, I better get the best deal for it.
