Serious, at 38 I was still running 2 miles at under 14 minutes. That's as a smoker and beer drinker. If you don't smoke and drink beer and aren't 38 years old, and can't hit those times, you are in pretty rough shape. Course, my abs aren't exactly washtub, more like washing machine, but I still fit in the same pants I did 10 years ago.

Age is attitude. That's all.

Hmmmmm............43, still can still do the same as the youngsters on our security force here (I had to go through the same MP training as all the 20-25 yr. olds) plus, going to bed at 10:00pm and getting up at 2:00am to get ready for work each and everyday. Although I have alot more aches & pains when I get up in the morning. .........
