| Apex Techie Wannabe | I suppose SATA2 might be interesting, of the others nothing is really that new and I use most of it. It will be interesting to see how quickly BTX gets going, I get sick and tired of buying ATX boards and cases knowing that a completely new form factor is around the corner. I have a feeling that more will be happening in the phone/pda market that the PC market in the immediate future. I think the most exciting use of the PC in the near future will be as HDTV theatre systems and recorders. I'm building a system for that purpose right now seeing as my Samsung 32" LCD arrived last week, may as well get some use out of it. | |

| none of the ones mentioned really exite me that much... what I do get excited about are the new redesigned Intel and AMD processors both companies will launch in Mid-2006! Those dualcores will be faster & run cooler at the same time.... now that's what I like! TDR | ||
