I like the way these chips look, somewhat like the 8800 GT, were everything is covered by a square metal box, looks cleaner and more high tech.

The only issue I would be worried about would be cooling the southbridge...
Or am I going crazzzy

No your going crazy.... It looks like itll be the last thing you do is install your vid cards with those hogs, most likely youll have to hook up your pwr sw. reset, and so on first also.

Is that an HDMI output Im seeing also? If so my emails to Nvidia about HD Pr0n being the best Pr0n finally got through.

Yup it sure looks like it which is sweet. And it looks like and SPIDF just underneath which means it handles audio too. Sweet!

wait hold up. I guess I'm still on a 939 with 7 series cards, but why is the second card so low? Are motherboards shipping with PCI-e slots there instead of the top slots? What if, you know, I actually want to use my PCI slots god forbid? While this does seem like a motherboard gripe, it's got that huge SLI bridge that seems to suggest that's the way you're supposed to put them in SLI

Yeah my 680i has the sli pci-e slots farther apart. I assume it has to do with the newer nvidia cards having double slot coolers now.
