| PCApex Newscaster  |  Transcend gets serious with OC-ready memory Transcend gets serious with OC-ready memory Cute and relatively cuddly memory manufacturer Transcend has decided on become more hardcore and has announced aXeRam Overclocking Memory series. 'Designed with gamers and power users in mind', the first offer in the aXeRam line-up is the 2GB 240-pin DDR2-800 aXeRam Dual-Channel kit. The modules included in the new kit use six-layer PCBs and boast 16 high-quality 64Mx8 DDR2 FBGA chips all cooled by a custom high-purity aluminum heat sink. TranscendÂ’s aXeRam 2GB DDR2-800 memory operates at CL4 at the standard 1.8V voltage and will come with a lifetime warranty. And interesting first from Transcend but let's see some more extreme offers.  | |
