Duplicolor. Use the same brand in the same type of paint and you'll never have any problems.

It takes lots of coats using paint bombs, it just doesn't go on very thick. But you can rub Duplicolor out to a really nice mirror finish. 3 or 4 coats, wet sand, 3 or 4 coats, wet sand, 3 or 4 coats, wet sand, rubbing compound, finishing compound. Mirror finish. Use a good car wax after about 6 weeks.

do i have to wetsand the whole panel again? or do i only wetsand the areas that have those dots?

I use 600 grit between coats. I don't go finer until the very end before rubbing out. And you don't want dots, just sand the areas that need it until the whole surface has a flat satin finish to it. Being careful not to sand any one area too thin like the edges. You should be using a block to keep it nice and level.

Here's another thing maybe you might not have known, KiwiFlavor: If you're painting with metallic, pearl, or similar paint, you don't sand between color coats, only after it's been clearcoated. With nonmetallics, wet-sanding between the color coats will improve the smoothness of the final finish, but with metallics/pearls/candies, wet-sanding between the color coats just ruins the effect or the particles in the paint.
