Do yourself a couple favors:

1 - Read the Wordbiker's post thoroughly, and if you still don't understand it, get someone to translate it for you. If you still can't understand it, I guess it's time to go "turbo yourself", whatever the hell that means...

2 - Take a minute to look up near the top of the page. There are links to other sections of the site, such as... (drum roll, please?) GUIDES... And, magically, within those links, there are...(another drum roll?) Pages to the information you want to find, to do just about anything and everything to a computer or individual parts...
