Default UV clearcoat and lighting?

Hey, I've got a black raidmax 668 case that I plan to have red cc's as well as red uv reactive fans w/ leds. I'm getting a red uv reactive clearcoat from frozencpu, but what I'm wondering is:

Will the clearcoat look alright when just sprayed over the metal interior, or should I paint the interior a certain color (like metallic black) to enhance the lighting and uv effects?

Thanks

I did the same thing to the back side of my system, paint it a base color, white works best and use the UV stuff it will show up better and stick better. Check out this pic...you can see it.

Right behind the PSU wires, that is blue in the pic but is white when the system is off. Also what kinda pint did you buy, I would goodle it and I am sure you will find info on how it use it best. The pint I used said it works best on a white background.

Well, I'm buying the red uv paint in an aerosol can, but I'm going for a diablo/hell/red kinda theme (no flames). I'm thinking orange or red would be the best. I kinda didn't pay attention in physics during optics when we discussed colors and whatnot, so I'm going on what you guys think is best!

Ok, so I've done some serious thinking on how to make this unique. Well here's some ideas I have so far:

I want to get a red acrylic server-size window
I'm thinking of either a black gloss or matte interior (it currently has a stock black interior that has bumps and such)
On the outside I plan on sanding it all down, and doing a black gloss finish, and painting a red pentagram on the side w/o the window

This is the one that I need help on. I plan on having a blood splat effect on the interior by using a red uv reactive clearcoat in an aerosol. Does anyone know how to achieve a darker shade of red by this method? I know the clearcoat is safe for hardware, so it's going on the mobo, vid card, ect. as well.

I've go some meteor cc lights that I can get to fade in and out to really enhance the splatter effect on the interior.
And it's just gotta have the pentagram case knobs

Once again, thanks for helpin a brother out.
