Default Mirror paint help.

Ok I searched the forums and didn't come up with anything. I did read insomniacs write up on how to acheive a mirror finish with paint, which was very well written. What I am looking for is esentially (sp?) to have the inside of my case extremely reflective. I suppose I could just put mirrors in there, but that seems like too much of a hassle and wouldnt give me the effect that I want. Is there a product, or products out there that I can use that will allow me to spray the inside of my case and bada boom bada bing I have instant mirror? I just thought of something else, if I could get it in thin flexible sticky back sheets that would probably work too.

Thanks

ps I did find this stuff, but it says you have to spray it on the back side of glass.

At first I thought about aluminum duct tape, but then I figured that'd look kinda cheesy...You could get the frame of your case chromed? I don't know if there is any product that will give you a good mirror finish without some amount of elbow grease. From what I've seen, chrome-ish/aluminum paints MIGHT come out good if you get a well-prepped base to spray on...and then a coat or two of clear.

That Krylon stuff you linked us to looks sorta interesting. It says glass, but I honestly think it'd work just as well on plexiglass...which would be a lot easier to cut and work with than regular old glass. You might also go check out you local glass shop, I know mine actually sell plexiglass that is mirrored...then it'd just be up to you to cut out the right shapes around the many obstacles on the inside of your case.

Thanks for the input, although I was hoping to get away from having to cut plexi or glass to fit.

Just an update on my findings. This product seems very promising! It says it works best on plastic and glass, but I contacted them to see if it would adhere well to my case.

Also check out their brochure for their mirror chrome paint.
