| Apex Techie Wannabe | Not sure how new this is (pretty new i think) but in the UK Hardware stores have started selling blocks of rubberised sandpaper. (sounds strange i know) Initially i thought it was another one of those blocks you wrap the sanpaper around, but on closer inspection it has a sandpaper texture allready. Well the good thing about them is that they are made out of a spongy material so that when your rubbing down that paint job you get a real nice even rub down. I tried some standard paper as well but didn't get nearly as good an effect. it also allows you to easiy get inside any nooks or crannys like drive bays, without scuffing it. well as i said not sure how new it is and not sure if its only been released in the Uk, but for anyone new to rubbing down between paint coats i would reccomend it. | |
