Default Just painted....

Hi Dudes,

Well i just painted my case & cut blowholes...( yes i will take pics )

When i went out looking for the spray paint i know it was enamel, and it wasn't a shiny finish. But when i touch my case if feels not smooth... i sanded it down properley with 400 Grit and washed it before painting the case. The case has been left alone for 12 Hours...

Any suggestions (to make it smooth ) please reply here,

ty,

Ok ... First, leave it alone for 2 weeks for the paint to harden off properly...

Next, go to Tesco & buy some cheap white cotton T-shirts - wash them & cut them up into 6" bits (or raid your wardrobe for old ones).

Then, go to Halfords & look in their polishes section:
I'd recommend starting with Auto Glym "Super" polish (white pot/box with a red label) as that's not too agressive, but will get the surface layer of paint off...

If it's still not smooth enough, try Auto Glym cutting compound (white pot/box with a _pink_ label) first, then finish with the polish.

T-cut "original colour restorer" and/or the Halfords equivalent (china blue pot) should be yout last restort as it's very aggressive & you can take all the paint off edges very easily.
