Default window or paint first?

should i cut the window first or paint first? i'm also going to be polishing the paint to a mirror finish and just thought it might be a bit more difficult with a window in place . .. but then if you cut the window afterwards, i'll just jack up the paint job

I would cut the window and do any and all other mods that you plan before painting Enko.

On my current project, I've touched up so many times that I've finally decided to wait till the last wires plugged in to tear the whole thing down and respray it

Cut the window, paint it, and install the liner and the plexi after the paint has cured.

another question about the window, from the guides that i've read, you glue the window on to the back of the panel. won't there be some kind of lip then since the plexi and the metal won't be flush?

also since i'm gonna attempt to polish everything on the inside to be reflective, i'm going to need a glue that dries transparently and wno't screw up the finish . .. any of you got any suggestions?
