Default clear acrylic enamel looks a little yellow, any help?

I have been recently painting a case I am working on using all duplicolor paints. I used a self etching primer, wet sanded it after it cured, then applied a white acrylic enamel and a clear acrylic enamel. Yes I applied them all in the specified time tables on the paints. I had a small area I missed with clear acrylic on the edge of one piece and it is bright white, where as the areas I put on the clear acrylic seem to have a yellow tint. The bright white looks much better imo, more striking, where as the clear seems to be dulling the paint.

Why is this please help!
