Hey everyone, dont know if this belongs in this forums, but hopefully some apexer can help

Just got my new RAZR V3 and am soon going to be acquiring motorola phone tools. Anyways, my old phone had about 250 contacts in it, so I really didn't want to put them in by hand.

Phone tools connects and syncs with Outlook 2003 for contact information. Unfortunately Outlook, but hey, I have it :S. Recently, I put all my contacts into an Excel Spreadsheet and tried to import them to outlook. However, I've been having problems trying to transfer them to Outlook.

I have named all the fields in the Excel spreadsheet ie. Contacts/Business/Home/Mobile. However, when I import them to Outlook, I run into a few problems listed below:

1) Only the business field is transferred
2) From an original 246 contacts I get around 800+
3) Unflagged error message -> in relation to the File As field and a lack of a company field.

I have searched google for the unflagged error message problem. Apparently the File As column is linked to the company column, so I changed it to the Last Name/First Name column and receive the same error message.

Any help is appreciated guys and gals!

Oh and does any other program work to transfer information to the RAZR? I have thunderbird, but I dont think that it will help.
