IS the price right?

I recently started looking for someone to start a PHP website for me because i do not know PHP. I have all the files and the instructions to install them are:

Instructions

------------

1. Upload the files in this zip to your hard drive

2. Edit the new phpclanwebsite/config.php file as it has been reformatted for extra security.

You need to insert values for (In order they appear):

- $clandomain

- $mysql_host, $mysql_login, $mysql_pass, $mysql_database

3. Upload all files from this patch to your server so they replace the existing files there.

Otherwords, keep the folder structure intact.

4. Run the Mysql install script using internet explorer and the url to your site

ie http://yourdomain.com/install/install.php

5. Select the "Update from 1.20 (r1, r2, r3)" option at the top and then fill in your Mysql settings.

There is no need to fill in the bottom half of the installer as you already have a admin user setup.

To me these instructions (seem) very simple. The person i found wanted to charge me $50. Is this price too much do you think? Please post any thoughts.

Hey, I'll agree it may've seemed a bit rude to us, but I think it was an honest mistake, try to take it easy on the poor 'lil fella.. (can't quite remember, but I think I introduced myself when he first joined..)
On the note, I'm unsure of how a regular user can remove a thread of any kind.

Click on EDIT in the original post... When the text box opens, there is an option above the text box to DELETE THIS MESSAGE.

Uh, guys? Non admin/mod members cannot delete the first post in a thread. Try to delete a thread you started, you can't. Just let this thread die.
