So I got a 700MB Divx file that I want to burn to DVD so I can pop it in my DVD player and watch. How can I go about this?

I've searched other forums and tried some solutions except that when I use Nero, the 700MB file magically turns into a 4.95 GB movie, which is all well because my DVD-R can still fit that amount - except that Nero only says I can only fit 4.38 GB!

Why? Beats me.

I tried WinAVI Video Converter. It decides to stop working at 99%.
I tried Cucusoft Video Converter, but can only convert 3 minutes because it's a demo.

SO how can I burn this movie onto a DVD-R so it'll actually work? I seem to have the worst of luck with burning things onto DVD.

BTW, I'm not doing anything illegal, nor do I support it. Enough said.

Ofcourse it won't work. I get this error right before it starts the whole converting process.
