Well here are some ideas. The first one is mine. And the second one I feel is superior. A guy that posted to our gallery his pics can be found on his website. Anways they say a picture says a thousand words. So here they are.

The one with the Platinum board is the much cleaner job. Here was one I did a while back.

Well we all know Coel prefers ribbon cables to rounded and after having both I am starting to agree. I am not sure at all that the old "improves airflow" holds any water against a ribbon cable setup that is done well. Loom might be an extension of the same thing and just adds bulk instead of just getting the damn wires hid.

I'll see after I get the energy to relook my own setup.

Voodoo PC does a great job with their ribbon cables. They hired an origami master to teach their assembly folks how to twist and fold the cables to keep the inside neat. I thought about going back to ribbons also and folding everything behind the mobo. The problem I got is hiding my power cables. I got the 2 PSUs so the one for the mobo has a bunch of extra leads.

DeeChan, I'm currently having the same problem. I've got the rounded cables, loomed power cables, etc. and I've done all kinds of hiding and in the middle there's a "brain" of loom and rounded cables. Everywhere else is nice and clean. Part of the problem is I think my motherboard's setup. All the power cables for the motherboard and the IDE channels are RIGHT next to each other. This is where you see the "brain". I'll have to play around with it, but I'm awaiting a new power supply. BTW, has anyone had any problems with the Allied power supplies? I'm looking into a 400W one as I need a few more watts and it's going really cheap on NewEgg.

BA: I too have two psu's and therefore a ton of unused connections on the one that powers the mobo.

I gathered them all into a large flat project box (about the size of a cd drive) and placed it into and empty 5 1/4 bay (the one with the compunurses in bezel.

That is why if you look at my atx connector it comes from the drive bays, not the psu.

I think my wiring is very tidy! It is the water tubing that got away from me abit!

I am at work now, can we not attach web based pics anymore?

That's a good idea, using a project box. I got some room behind the baybus and rheobus. Will have to give that a shot.
