Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix ie so that when you sign into a secure site you do not get page cannot be displayed.

Do you have all the updates? If you don't have 128 bit security it won't open the page.

try setting all the options in ie back to defaults then on. Also is it ALL places you sign in or some. Also are you using a IE version pre 5.5.

If you're using a proxy, you'll need to contact the proxy admin to ensure that SSL is enabled on the proxy. Check your IE settings and make sure SSL in enabled there too (Tools, Internet Options). Also, ensure the high-encryprion poack for IE is installed, like BA suggested.
