Browser Window Twitching

When I open Firefox, about 80% of the web pages I look at keep moving up & down really quickly (about 3 times a second), but only about a milimeter both ways. For it to stop, I have to refresh the page about 15 times 'till it stops. It's driving me insane.. how do I go about getting this to stop?

Seriously though, try uninstalling Firefox and then installing the latest version.

which version of Firefox are you using?

Newest version, but it stopped already. It was getting less severe by the day, looks like today it won't happen anymore..

I have had the problem several times in the past - its always been because I changed my theme. When I changed back it stopped........so my problems have always been theme related.
