Messaging problems...

I have problems with both MSN 6.2 and Trillian (But Mirc doesn't do this). It seems like i go through patches, just now i had a solid 45 mins and then have had 4 disconnects in the last 4 mins. I have attempted the following:

Repair MSN 6.2 (Didn't seem to change anything)
Re-install MSN 6.2 (Didn't stop disconnects either)
Ran Spybot (Nothing)

The thing is i am still connected to the internet when i "drop out" downloads etc.. continue and I can still view webpages (Also I can log straight back into MSN)

Please can you help me sort out this problem as I can't seem to be able to fix it...

P.S I have Zonealarm 6.2

its nothing they are having server problem, one of my friends works at convergsys and knows!!
