Default Best Investment?

Ok I got some B-Day money fom my uncle with specific instructions to spend it on my comp He sent me 200. So I was windering what you feel would be the best investment on my computer for performance in games, or if it fine as is. The games im specifically looking for are Star Wars Galaxies and Half-Life 2

Here is what I have:

Asua P4P 800-SE
P4 2.8GHz 800MHz 2mb L2 Cache H/T (might be 1mb i forget)
1Gb DDR 333 RAM
200 GB Wester Digital, with 10ms and 8mb cache (i think)
Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb
Audigy X-Gamer

I was thinkg about RAM myself but im not sure if i can get 1GB of DDR 400 for 200, if i can great. Also, my computer is loud as hell, i was thinking o maybe just getting a quiet PSU and some quiter fans. I buy my stuff in the cimputer malls here, so showing somethin on NewEgg is useless.

EDIT:

Monitor: 17" ViewSonice LCD
PHones: Senhiessner PC150 (live in an appartment can use speakers cause of bass)
M&K: Logitech Wireless MX Duo

Maybe you should invest in some Z-680 speakers.

I doubt you will notice a big difference. Your set up looks very nice already. Maybe you should save your money for a few months before upgrading since technology is changing rapidly.

Well, you may see a speed bost, but you have to ask yourself if this is how you want to speed all that money on, cause that is what it will cost you in the end for a good, or medium set of 2 512 sticks at PC-3200.

Get better cooling, and overclock it. Run the DDR 333 at 400mhz speeds. Overclock the 9800pro. OC the Sh*t out of it . At least that's how I like to do things.

I just recently came across a second LCD monitor and started using dual monitors. Once you have duals you will never want to go back to single monitor setup again. Way more effcient then switching between running apps all the time - there are ALOT of benefits. I know you cant get a 17" LCD for $200 but you can pick up a decent one for around $300 online. I would save a hundred or two and go dual monitors - you wont regret it.

had dual monitors when i was living in the US and I loved it, but, i dont know, i'm doin good with out them, however, it made running a teamspeak and CoD server at once a lot easier

You said you want better gaming performance, the best way of getting that is a video card upgrade.
I'd sell the current 9800 Pro, and with the combined cash ($200+$200) get a 6800GT.

How about grabbing a Raptor - 10K RPM will make a noticable difference in your load times when gaming and might make your OS a little snappier too..........and you can say "I have a Raptor, arrrh"

or get two 160gb sata drives and put em in striping. I think that might be overall faster...and it's got more storage.
