Default Bluetooth Link/PC Reboot

I'm having an issue with my bluetooth functioning correctly.

I'm trying to sync my Bluetooth Maxx Ve phone with my computer to add ringtones update my contact book, etc.

I'm using a bluetooth dongle that came with my Logitech keyboard.

Every time I use OBEX commander to sync with the phone the PC reboots as soon as I hit accept connection on the phone.
-I have had it work once so far.

-Ive shut off the phone. and restarted it
-Ive re synced the phone/ rediscovered it on the computer.
-reinstalled OBEX commander, and the set point software (apparently where the drivers are for the dongle)
-Ive tried the dongle in another USB port.

I don't really have much experience with networking with bluetooth, I've really only synced headsets, mice, keyboards, and controllers.

So ya I've tried just about anything I can think of, all and any help will be appreciated.

I have to say Bluetooth is by far the buggiest thing in windows (compared to linux)

Bluesolie totally sucks, if you get a dongle and it uses this, return it.

So far the widcomm stack is the best I've seen for windows.

Logitech makes goofy equipment, but I'm almost positive the widcomm stack works with them.

Never heard of OBEX. I would recommend the widcomm drivers, or windows drivers. I've never lost an OS so many times from anything other than bluetooth issues. BSOD's everywhere.
