Long story short: How do I determine the external IP address of a machine that I need to VNC into?

You can have someone go to Find My IP Address - Lookup

That's assuming someone has physical access to the machine.

Tucker is an Atlanta suburb so I'm not close .... and as a Georgia Tech man I suppose I could wear some Gator orange that weekend.

The long story is:
I had the IP I needed in the back of my 2007 date book but I've never needed it since Real VNC rememebers the last IP used and I only use it for one customer.

2008 came and I tossed the date book.

Then I used CCleaner. It was great - I got back like 15 GIGS of file space on my primary drive. But I just realized today that CCleaner took out that IP. And this customer only calls me in emergencys. So I was panicked.

Called my homeboys - they was all in meetings I suppose. Posted here and Sn0wMan got back to me before the locals.

Problem solved...........
