Overwriting erased files

I have "CIA Uneraser" and would like to make sure that my erased files are really erased. So I tried "Mutilate File Wiper". But even at it's highest "erase" level, I can still unerase the already erased files with CIA Unerase.

Is there another program, that actually and throughly erases and overwrites trashed files?

I believe that the program uses a portion of System Restore - make sure you turn it off - delete the save points - and then try erasing the files - and make sure that you Reycling Bin is empty also.
