Boot Cd "!!!"

Well i havnt been around the forums for about a week becuase my floppy drive doesnt work, i really need help on how to make a boot "cd" so i can get to command prompt to install this new HD

HELP ME

Windows install CD, or a Norton Antivirus disk should get you to a command prompt I believe, once you have that, you can put in a cd onto which you have already copied the required utilities...

Any other ideas anybody?

You have just a new HDD in the rig? No existing OS installed or anything?

why dont you just drop in a new/different floppy drive ?
cant hurt to try

Are you installing XP? If so just boot off of the cd.

there are lot's to be had there that can but burned to cd.
