You need to create a custom windows resolution at the native progressive resolution of your tv. 1920x1080? 1280x720?

There are a few methods.

Easiest.. nvidia

It's a shot in the dark but try setting the horizontal refresh to 60 as well.

^
that is not possiple without setting the vertical to 75 and is also beond the ability of my graphics controller

the TV is the brand Envision L32W761 it is actualy a 32 in screen rater than what I said before witch was a typo

edit: disapleing "Dynamic Contrast" feature on the TV seems to have done the trick

1366x768 is a 16:9 ratio, did you try that? And also try to set ratio to 16:9, instead of "any"...

EDIT: Didn't see ya got it solved.....

At work we have a Olevia 37" LCD TV, it will do 2 res's that is scales properly, 1280 x 720 @ 50hz, or 1920 x 1080 @ 50hz.... try one of those. may work for ya, but the 50hz refresh is what through me....

If you have an nvidia card, I think they have an option to set the monitor as an HDTV.

I don't if that would work.
