Random BSOD Memory Dump

I'm running x64 Vista

320GB WD Caviar
4GB Corsair XMS2 ddr800
DFI Infinity Ultra M2
x1800xt

Out of nowhere I've been having random Memory dumps/bsod.

It has happened in x32 Vista, so I figured format, besides i wanted to try x64 vista.

Formatted, and still get them.

All started after my first OC, after that I reset to failsafe settings.

wtf? help please?

I run vista 64 bit too and i get the same problem. I can't get my ram up to full speed without windows BSOD'ing. If i run my ram at 6500 speed windows BSOD's less.

Did you run Memtest? It sounds like one of your sticks is bad.
