cant hibernate on windows

whenever i try to hibernate on windows, it tries to start, the screen goes blank and then it says in a bubble on the bottom, something about not having enough resources to complete the API. that does this mean?

Do you have enough free space on your installation drive? You need to have as much as your RAM, because it basically just saves whatevers in your RAM to your Harddrive.
