I own Bitdefender 10 and it does good with a firewall and a antivirus.
It detectes the viruses but cant be able to delete them.
Was wondering if any1 knows how to remove them.

You could boot into safe mode and go to Antivirus & Content Security Software | Securing Your Web World: - Trend Micro USA and run the scan on the site. It's free, easy to use and only requires an active x plug in.

Will that permanently remove them. I found the files and tried to use Spybot Search and Destroy and shred it but no use.

It should, but you'd have to boot into safe mode to try and make sure that the viruses aren't booted at start up.

I had that virus too, and i spend like 30 hours virus scanning, spy scanning, and trying to remove the files, what i know is that there is a process which start when you boot your computer and you can't close it in task manager. Personnaly, i had format my computer and made a registry cleaning. After that, the problem was solve, but i think you should start by backuping* your data, like saves or documents that you don't want to lose.

I swear by avast! [Arr! Plus, it talks to you] and they have a virus removal tool on their webbie which has worked wonders for me when I've known I'm infected. If all else fails and you know what files are at large, reboot in safe mode and delete them [rebooting in safe mode keeps autorun programs from starting and thus being undeletable]

Also I got one of my cuzs pc and it has some spyware and viruses.
I tried to uninstall a couple of programs like Norton and this spy detector. The Norton is expired but it wont uninstall. The spy detector gets errors.
Also he has SBC and I don't so it keeps popping up with that connection pop up. I connect my internet threw the RJ45 but it receives but doesn't send packages.
I try to repair but get an error
