Overclocking a not so great computer

I'm going to get one of these computers, but I know none of them are really great.

I really want the Acer laptop, but I'm not sure if I could mod or overclock it easily.
Would I be able to put a better processor or graphics card in there, I don't really know anything about laptop modding, I usually just deal with PCs.

Thanks for any help.

By the way, I'm not trying to advertise this deal, I sincerely want to know what the best laptop or pc to get would be.
