anyone have an idea on how to stealth a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Platnium

You mean hide that breakout box obviously ... don't think I've seen that trick yet.

Yeah I know how to stealth it, take a hammer to it and use onboard sound.

My only thought would be to make a flip down door maybe one that slid away under the drive.

1) Paint it or 2) buy a new plate for it 3) as mentioned hide it behind a flip down door 4) mod it into the front of the case (stealth to a point)

I paint matched mine, it looks pretty good, but is certainly not stealthed. I like the look of gadgets etc. on the front, but you would have a pretty tough time stealthing the Platinum. You'd have to set the Platinum back about 1/2" further than it is now, it would be recessed. Then you would have to dremel off the clips of the drive door, just like you were going to stealth the cd-rom. Now is where it gets damn tricky.

You'd have to figure out some sort of spring-loaded mechanism that allows it to be locked in either an open or closed position, much like a click-pen. I know there are a ton of spring-loaded doors, I just forget what applications they are used for. Then, you would have to hinge the door to the bay above and preferably below, as well. I hinged it physically to the other bay covers using a paperclip. I'll elaborate on this, but first find a spring loaded mechanism, that's the hard part.

Ah, yes, very nice, this was also mentioned when I did my hinged-stealth. I like it, it just doesn't seem "stealthed" to me, in any case, nice.
