Default Motherboard clocks

Ever seen one? I have a couple of dead boards lying around, a Compaq Slot 1 I picked up for 5 bucks, and a Socket 7 board, so here's what I thought about doing. Couple of cathodes, maybe some LED's, black lights, lot's of lights, and make a mount for it using the mounding screws. But where would I get the clock assemblies, like the hands and the mechanism and all that?

BTW, the Compaq board I realized has proprietary mounts, yes, you heard me, so I couldn't mount it in my case mod. It isnt AT or ATX compatible

Yet another reason why Compaq computers suck, they have zilch mod potential.

I'll get a pic of it later and show you guys.

Crapaqs are decent machines to mod, my bro's old 400mhz p2 POS Crapaq had tons of modding potential, that was till it was replaced by the 850mhz athlon slot A (which is now my server), which was later replaced by his beasty 2400+ t-bred B, whcih i wanna steal from him.

I have an old compaq cyrix 380Mhz, in Sandra is clocks as a 233Mhz P2 w/MMX. Back when I got it ~500Mhz comps cost lots of cash, and I though it was a good deal, what a n00b I am.

The part of the clock that keeps the time is called a 'movement'. Google on 'clock movement' and you get plenty hits.

Hands made out of SIMMs perhaps? Pendulum old hard disk [not the whole drive - just the shiny aluminum disk]?
