YES IM MAD

OK that out of the way I have a friend thats into the whole martial arts thing and he got his hands on a couple of cheap swords, but they didnt look all that cool

Heres one of them (mine)

And here it is after a little paint

So should someone commit me?

Tyk I could've sworn you were already committed.

Personally, I like what you did to the sheath, but I'dve painted the guard with the silver and left the ivory alone...

Yes the [cough] ivory [/cough] was just plastic where they painted some of it but yes it might have looked good with the org ivory handle

I have one more that needs painting but this has more colors on the handle (red and green) so that have to be painted over.

Just so ya know though... I found out cheap swords don't live long in practice...

very true DS, ive bought one good sword.. and the only thing thats gone tits up on me is the chrome plateing on the blade...

i used it to fight the battle against the blackberry bushes that were threatening to imperialize my yard! no yard for them!

all in all, its cut down trees and kept hacking away.

You sure that, that is a katana? The porportions look off.

thickness 5mm
Handle length 320mm
1 handle pin
