Voltages for MB LED connectors?

Anyone happen to know what kind of power the pin connectors for the front panel on a MB put out? Need to replace a green power light with a red one, can't really find any documentation.

I believe it's 3.3volts.

I read about it when looking for a replacement switch--
as I want to turn my power switch of the V-2000 I'm modding into a reset button.
