PSU Wiring question

I decided to clean up my PSU's nasty wires and sleeve it. So as I'm working last night, I realize that when I pulled apart the Power Chain, I didn't label which black wire of the 2 in the molex connector was which. Now I'm pretty sure as long as I keep consistent when I'm putting it back together that it'll be okay. I would just like to be sure before I ruin a brand new PSU. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I would imaging if you put it together like this:

You would be fine, but you REALLY shoudln't have torn it all apart at once...

That isn't very clear what colors are what. This should help:

Don't worry if you mix up the grounds, both come from the same place. . .

Heheh, yah, It wouldent have been bad, If I had marked which black wire went where.
