What are these?

What are these pins called? they are used to hold my fan onto my side panel window so they dont crack the perspex, you just push them into the 'hole' instead of a screw, and there made out of plastic
I bought a load in bulk but forgot there name can you help me out?

They're called Fan Push Pins, among other things, and I gotta say I like 'em better than fan screws.
FrozenCPU has them for $0.75 each, which seems a bit expensive to me (4 for $1 seems more like it).

Well for one thing those plastic ones dampen fan vibrations (aka noise) so I like them a lot.
