One PCI slot to two coverter?

okay, i have been surprised in the past by some crazy things that they come out with for computers, but im almost certain that its impossible to split 1 pci slot into 2 fully functioning slots (for use at same time)... im all for proving me wrong on this one... | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

oh well yeah, risers, but like godfoot said, those are totally proprietary, they wont work on anything other than the board they were designed for... | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
