hi,
I know this is off topic but i restarted my pc and it starts a sequnce of ticks? on the first dos siplay you see when you turn it on, then when im in wind0wz everytime i click it will beep like the noise you get when you press an incorrect key in an app i dont know what this is and i will select a prog to run (mspaint) and it will take about 1 min to load and my keyboard will not respond in wind0wz anyone got any ideas?

And i dont think is a virus

My guess is ad or spyware.

Did you actually _check_ ? You really do need to, if only to rule it out. Get the latest patch for whatever avs you use & do a full scan. While you're at it, d/l & run Spybot S&D & Ad-aware too.

Maybe we should get ourselves a PR-fish (you know, like Babbelfish) that will translate stuff like "I'm nu here an I dunno what these parts/screens is called" into legible "trouble tickets" like, "My rig is fux0r3d, can you please help me with boot screen problems? My system specs are as follows: yada yada yada."

i fixed it when removing my cd drive last night i unclipped my ram by accident and it becaem lose so i tihnk its ok now.

Sometimes threads like this make me laugh.

This afternoon my friend went off on me and said, "Y u gota be typin so properr and sh*t." (Exactly how she spelt her sentance.) But I can't even read what she says half of the time. LoL!

It just easier for people to read, and answer your question quickly r00t.

Trouble Template:

1. Explain problem. Use short, simple sentances and proofread. This section should be no more than a small paragraph, maybe five solid sentances.

2. Explain symptoms. This should be a list or more short, simple sentances. Go into detail, and above all, stay focused on the problem. Try not to get unrelated problems in here. This section can be as long as it has to.

3. Give your system specifications. This should include CPU, RAM, motherboard, PSU, Operating System, and any PCI or AGP periphials. Once again, a short list or several short sentances can do it.

Tips for a better post:

1. If you are having trouble taking your message out of 'AOL speak', write it in a word processor with a spell checker first; most people I know who type like that type much better when they take the time to think it through, and a word processor will help you stay on track. Also, consider reading as you write it; that's what I'm doing as I type this.

2. Don't flame unless the person really diserves it and you have the diversity of vocabulary to really make it count.

3. Try to post things that matter, unlike some people (I myself am pretty bad with this one)


There's my little guide to posting in a proper manner. Hope someone bothers to read it.

and yep, ill just end the suspense, it will get much, MUCH worse....

i give up, either the forums inplement some sort of help request template or something, or im just not going to mess with this shiit anymore....

half the ppl posting crap like this are probably 14 year olds with compaqs whose keyboards are covered in kool aid and poptart crumbs, complaining why their keyboards arent responding...

or complete gangsta wanna-be's who put a sticker on their rig, and then come here and write a tutorial, and then get pissy when we cant understand their gangsta speak and when we tell them their "mod" sucks...

maybe im being harsh, and maybe im completely wrong about this, but i just know im tired of it, maybe you guys dont mind being a substitute for someone elses common sense, but i wont be...and from now on, i suggest to ALL of you this one important piece of advice...
