Cool Pimp Ma Milk Crates Boy?

Got my SFF and accessories all snuggled away into 4 stacked plastic milk crates. I know, but its da Redneck way! Question is this, would like some Cold Cathode lighting in my crates. Is there an article anywhere showing how to just plug them into my power strip?
Thanks, smokeydog

Welcome to PR.
If by power strip you're talking about a surge protector than no, there is no article because that's not where they plug in. They plug in to your power supply or some other 12V source.

I am not responsible form shocks from following my advice.

Take a 12v DC converter from Radio snack, and connect the positive to the yellow at the molex plug on the cathode and the negative to one of the ground wires.

I did it once. It still works too.

I am SO not responsible if you blow it up though.

that's what I was going to do before I had a manic episode and spent my modding money on a gamecube, Kayin. I was gonna pimp up that Lite-Brite good.

Yes, and I have also never used one of those universal voltage wall-wart transformers to drive fans at varying speeds up to 12V. I'd never use anything without that Underwriter's Laboratories sticker on it...

Pff, lite-brite, all those little lights already? Premod... But yeah, hope you already have an x-box if you bought a GC, much more modding potential in the X.

You could build a small remore controlled car into a GC with hydrolics and exhuast flame thrower that would be *PIMP*

You could like ad a small "level" and have all the components in that and i had a remote controlled car with hydrolics in once it was like £30 and had 6 different positions
