| I was trying to figure out a way to hardwire a DVD receiver in my Xbox without losing functionality of the port for use with controllers. (Or a wireless controller receiver) I drew up this diagram in Paint of how I think I could wire it. As long as I don't use both the controller and the DVD remote at the same time, I think this would work. What do you guys think?? Do you see any problems with this plan? | ||

| Apex Advanced Techie | Not 100% sure, but i don't think that will work. I think you need a relay in there to allow you to use the port when a controller is plugged in. Go take a look at the FAQ's over at xbox-scene. They have one that is exactly what your lookin for. | |
