I decided to gut a Commodore Color Computer (I have more).

The mobo?

The bottom of the mobo

PSU?

I decided to shave off the posts

With my 1GHz Mini ITX

Mobo makes a good ruler

The back before

And after

Modded!

Took less than 2 hours. Still have to add the DVD drive.

You should try to rig up a back plate for the motherboard or find a way to set one in if one was included with the mobo. Otherwise GREAT job you did on that. I look forward to seeing it as you clean it up a bit more and put more time into the project.

I think that is a Tandy Color Computer. Commodore is a different beast. Killer job though! Very nice.

Does the keyboard fit within the "lips" of the case? That sort of wrecks the illusion for now.

You know what this sort of mod needs-- a custom BIOS logo which looks like the original (presumably) BASIC interpreter screen.

cool man ultimate sleeper mod.

One suggestion maybe try gluing one of those thin $10 roll up keyboards to it for that original keyboard look. other than that great job.
