Cigarette case mod

Hey i was hoping to get an opinion on a mod im thinking about doing recently i got a hold of 2 of those cigarette case's that you see at convenience stores to display cigarettes there spring loaded and actually resemble a rack for a networking rack. well my plain is to modifiy it and turn the top portion which is for the most part sealed by a plexi glass window into a server case then mount in some rack mount switches and routers underneath. i was just wondering on your opinions on this or if anyone has any good ideas they would be greatfully appreciated. Also does anyone know where i can get a removable motherboard tray with mounting brackets and rails?

You can always look at the flea market, for a case that got a removable mobo-tray... CAn probably get one for 10-20 bucks...
