I would suggest you give a little more details on what kind of key switch you are talking about or looking for.

There are so many different types of key switches.

Edit: Is this what you are looking for.

Here is another place that has locks cyberguys..

http://www.mouser.com/catalog/631/1466.pdf

available here --> A018306

Also, Older laptop docks sometimes have a keylock that "sometimes" also has a cam which hits a lever switch and then springs back.. I have one that came out of a IBM Thinkpad dock.

**EDIT**
Just found this Amazon.com: Key Switch with 2 Keys: Electronics

Here is another good one Amazon.com: Momentary Key Switch with 2 Keys: Electronics

Just an FYI, if you buy a key switch that isn't momentary, then you will have to turn the key on and then put it in the off position or your computer will turn off after a few seconds. This is because the motherboard is designed to turn off when constant power is applied to that power switch jumpers.

the switch should be a momentary just like the one for your cars ignition, where all it needs is to jump current

so just like you wouldn't hold the power button down when starting a pc, you would just turn the key on, then off, and it it would still work, right? would I be able to pull the key out?

I'm kinda hoping this is true, because I already ordered a regular key switch. crap.
