| Apex Master Tech Apprentice  |  clearing hard drive isnt there some way to clear hard drives just more then a reformat so that the files cant be recovered to, like writing 0's to it or something, im not sure but i want to sell a hard drive on ebay, any of you guys no? | |

| King of the Noobs!  |  yes there is...there are programs that you can purchase that do that for you. I use a program we called God DisK...it does a government wipe and is damn quick! It can reformat and partition a 100 gig hard drive in under a min from the time you press the number. | |
