froking western digital!!

well here i am at work on the phone with western digital. trying to talk to an "engineer" as they call them. well i have been on the phone with thm ON HOLD!!!

for the last 45 minutes.....i so tired of hearing "all support engineers are currently helpingother callers, please continue to hold for the next available engineer" isnth that the dummest thing you have ever read! All i want to do is exchange my 2 bad 120gig SE drives (i just RMA'd them today) for 1 raptor 36gig 10000 RPM drive instead of getting 2 120's back. wouldnt you think that that would be a better deal? heck i do. 235 dollars worth of drives for a 133 dollar drive? would you do that trade? 240 gigs of space for 36? well i am done ranting now. if you have read this far, i commend you. have a nice day

i buy stuff at radio shack too... but i would never work there. it is too boring, couldnt take a dremel to any of the new compaq's, i do think they would look nice witha window and a DD maze 4 kit

i dont know, some of the Dell computers look sweet, the XPS especially.

BTW does anyone know where I can get just the Dell case, not all the internals, I'm trying real hard not to hack open my dad's 5200 and put some cold cathodes in it

yeah i would take an XPS if it was givin to me but with my current setup i could smizzoke a xps with ease. and i paid a fracion if the cost. Did you see that packard bell is trying to get back in to the PC market?
i thought that was funny...

Packard Bell lives? Awwww we gotta do something about that.

Its like one of those horror movies where the kid goes "Well, we didn't destroy it but we made sure it'll never bother us again." and you know he just guaranteed there will be a sequel.

Maybe North Korea would let us test one of their nukes in exchange for a 486 and some pr0n.
