webcam suggestions?

Can anyone recommend a webcam that has a clear picture and is clear when there is movement also, im not lookin to spend to much money let me kno.

I want something "Good and Cheap" is how I read this.

Those are two items not normally found together in the real world

Iit realy helps to have an actual "Budget Limit" (50$? 100$?) since no one can read your mind here...and what may be alot of money to you, might not be alot to others.

I have an Orange Micro firewire cam that works realy well..but "Cheap" it is not probably going to be in your eyes
