You must have a BIOS password set. The only way to clear it is to either know the password, or reset your BIOS. Are you comfortable taking it apart? You must pull out the CMOS battery and wait a few seconds then put it back in... That should do the trick. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

Thanks for your help have just done that and i still had the symbol up so i dicided to change my hardrive and know i am able to load up windows again Many thanks | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
