This setup work?

Hey, well, this is a wierd predicament.

I'm having a LAN at my freinds on monday, and I realized I had a random pentium 4 lying around, so I thought I would try it as a server, but I need a mobo. So monday I'm heading down to the local shop and getting one. One thing, I dont have a psu with a 12v....

So I just looked at compusa, they have a 250w with a 12v, all I want to know is if it will power it, thats it, I dont want any deals on a cheap psu (thrasher) or anything like that, just let me know if 250w is enough.

Use Fuel's power calc. to check , but I can tell you that they make P4 ( and I have made) servers with 200W psu's and even a couple 150w 's , it all depends on how much or how little you cram into the server / pc
